HKBIO senior executives together with Mr. Bill MORAN, Director of Global Collaboration and Operations in Custom Publishing of Science, had a trip to Taiwan aiming to seek potential collaborations between biotech industries among Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. The delegates were able to meet with the Development Center for Biotechnology, Taiwan Bio Industry Organization, Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Industries Promotion Office, Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Cross-Strait Biotech Industry Cooperation Promotion Office. They also visited the Office for Industrialization Promotion of Agricultural Biotechnology in Academia Sinica, the NanKang Incubation Center and a few renowned biotech companies.
