Prof Albert YU (Chairman of HKBIO) invited all council members to a pre-Christmas dinner at Lin Heung Tea House, which was one of the oldest tea houses in Hong Kong. All attendees were amazed by Lin Heung Tea House’s signature eight treasure duck and had a blast.
