Hong Kong Biotechnology Organization (HKBIO), Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) are pleased to announce the recent success of co-organizing the Hong Kong Biotechnology Delegation, comprising prominent Hong Kong biotech companies and organizations, to exhibit at the BIO 2011 International Convention at Washington DC during June 27-30. Prior to the Convention Exhibition, side missions to Boston & Maryland were also organized to visit key biotechnology companies, research and educational institutes during June 23-26. Delegates of the Mission were privileged to meet representatives and explore international collaboration opportunities between biotech industries of U.S. and Hong Kong.
The mission was led by Professor Albert Cheung-Hoi YU, Chairman of HKBIO and Mr. E. Anthony TAN, Chief Executive Officer of HKSTP, with Mr. Ralph CHOW, Director of Production Promotion, Hong Kong Trade Development Council as an Honorary Member.
