2014 HKBIO 4th Annual General Meeting was successfully held on October 31, 2014 at InnoCenter, Hong Kong and confirmed the followings: Receipt of audited accounts for the year ended December 31, 2013; Re-appointment of Mr David Li as HKBIO’s Honorary Auditor and continuation of Li, Tang, Chen & Co. as HKBIO’s auditing firm.
