Mr. Thomas CHEUNG is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder of Chinagrowth Group Limited, a private investment holding company involved in resources, real estate, and renewable energy; Ixelera Limited, an investment company and accelerator for internet of things projects; Inhab Limited, an accelerator in real estate innovation; XIPS Technology Limited, a FPGA solutions provider; UTO3, a company involved in blockchain development. He is also a General Partner of Hong Kong-Shenzhen United Investment Foundation and a Limited Partner of Hong Kong Innovation Angel Investment Limited. Mr. Cheung got a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and a Master of Engineering degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. He is the founding and current chairman of the Hong Kong Blockchain Society. He has received the Excellent Innovator Award in Blockchain in the Greater Bay Area in 2017.
