  • Registration fees for "Regular" and "Student" category includes admission to all scientific sessions, poster session and keynote speech, conference materials, access to refreshment breaks, evening reception and gala dinner and light lunch.

  • Registration fee for "Accompany person" covers light lunch and coffee break at the venue, evening reception and gala dinner.

icbemREGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of your Registration Form and confirmation of your payment, HKBIO will send you a confirmation email bearing your registration ID number. Please bring this confirmation email with you to present on-site at the registration desk. If you require an invoice for your payment, please send a request by email to icbem@hkbio.org.hk

icbemCANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A written notification of cancellation must be sent to HKBIO Secretariat office. Any approved refunds will be processed ONLY AFTER the conference.

Cancellation received until April 25, 2016 inclusively: 50% of the registration fee and bank handling charges will be deducted from your original payment.

Cancellation received after April 25, 2016: No refund.
